**Job Description**:
Accelerate your career by joining our growing Retail Leasing team. Based in our CBD office in the role of Executive |Retail Leasing you will complement the team and help ensure our continuing dominance of the retail leasing market. You will build your own profile in the marketplace and develop leasing opportunities with new as well as existing clients.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and maintaining high presence in the market place
- Developing and implementing leasing campaigns for both managed properties and new listings
- Preparing client progress reports on campaigns and attending client meetings
- Preparing marketing submissions while ensuring brand compliance

**Qualifications**:
In order to be considered, you will demonstrate:

- 2-5 years sales or leasing experience within the Commercial market
- A successful leasing record for your level of experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- A drive for results and the commitment to overachieve
- A property related degree would be highly advantageous
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate
