**Job Description**:
Accelerate your career by joining our highly successful Real Estate Management Services team as a Retail Leasing Executive. You will bring your passion and previous leasing experience to the team and help ensure our continuing dominance of the retail leasing market. You will build your own profile in the marketplace and develop leasing opportunities for existing clients.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and maintaining high presence in the market place
- Developing and implementing leasing campaigns for managed properties
- Preparing client progress reports on campaigns and attending client meetings
- Preparing marketing submissions while ensuring brand compliance

**Qualifications**:
To be considered, you will demonstrate:

- 2-5 years’ sales or leasing experience within the Retail / Commercial market
- A successful leasing record for your level of experience
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- A drive for results and the commitment to overachieve
- Current QLD Salesperson certificate
