**Job Description**:
Our Occupier Services business facilitates the real estate needs of large national and multinational occupiers.

Join our team as a Leasing Executive and deliver unrivalled leasing services to our client, a large Telco with a national footprint. You will be involved in negotiating the lease of mobile phone towers across metro and regional Australia.

Based in the Brisbane CBD, this role would be suitable for a Property Graduate, or a person with 1-2 years previous experience working within a leasing or property management role.

Key responsibilities in this role will include:

- Delivery of leasing services to clients as per client contract.
- Successful lease renewals and reduced rental negotiations.
- Ongoing client relationship management.
- Increasing the average tenure term across the portfolios.
- Increasing the security and utility of tenure.
- Achieve significant operational savings for our client by negotiating longer lease duration's.

**Qualifications**:
The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:

- A degree in Property Economics
- Background in leasing transactions including dealing with major landlords
- Ability to negotiate lease clauses
- Property management experience; retail, commercial and industrial
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills, particularly in liaising with major corporate clients.
