Exciting opportunity to be a valuable contributor to the Epworth Healthcare People & Culture team as we work toward the achievement of strategic milestones and organisational priorities.

This multi-faceted role will require you to design, deliver and facilitate initiatives and programs of work to build on the One Epworth philosophy and drive employee engagement and performance, based on organisational values.

**You will make an impact by**:
Supporting the design, implementation and embedding of effective team and people experience initiatives through internal and external delivery, aligned to the broader leadership and People & Culture strategic plan.

Drive the employee experience and engagement program of work, including collation and presentation of results, highlighting themes and insights for action taking.

Continuously evaluating investment and outcomes for relevant programs of work to ensure they are achieving objectives and delivering value to participants and the wider organisation.

**To be successful in this role, you will have;**
- Demonstrated success in leading organisational development programs of work (leadership programs, employee engagement, equity and inclusion and experience).
- Experience managing diverse stakeholder requirements and preferences in design, communication and execution.
- Facilitation and presentation to frontline and senior audiences.
- Program management experience.
- End-to-end solution design and implementation management (including design of Business-as-Usual processes)
- Design and implementation of organisational development and/or learning initiatives to build capability.
- Tertiary qualification in a related field (i.e., Organisational/Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, HealthCare, Business, etc.)
