**The Role**

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Working closely with management in creating a social media strategy and roll out calendar.
- Create targeted content for a variety of communications channels - with a focus on social and digital media.
- Liaise and interact on social media whilst tracking and reporting social media campaigns.
- Using your skills to manage communications initiatives, such as an internal quarterly newsletter.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders in forming written content such as project completion summaries, project updates and other adhoc content as required.
- Develop and ensure consistent use brand guidelines and templates.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our brand and ensure authenticity.
- Work with internal stakeholders to plan and develop ideas to brief.
- Undertake marketing administrative tasks.

**The successful applicant will have**
- Qualifications (or currently undertaking study) in marketing, communications, digital marketing, journalism or public relations is required.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- Understanding and proficient use of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Experience with developing and managing content, including written and video, for digital and social media.
- Excellent writing skills; correct grammar and punctuation is a must.
- Knowledge of Facebook Business Suite, Instagram, LinkedIn, Adobe Photoshop and Indesign, WordPress and Mailchimp (or similar) will be advantageous.
- Natural communicator.
