**Your new company**
Located in the inner Western suburbs, this multi brand Organisation are focused on continuing to expand their capabilities and establish a strong foundation for future growth.

They are looking for someone to join their marketing team in a 3-month temporary capacity with a possibility of extension and or/permanency.

**Your new role**
As the Marketing Coordinator you will be a key contributor in the creation and delivery of marketing plans and strategies. You will deliver positive customer experiences, drive growth and retention, and support to all brands under their banner. Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Being responsible for coordinating and managing paid digital advertising and marketing campaigns
- Creating copy and content for both B2B and B2C audiences
- Coordinating and executing the direct marketing plan including EDM and SMS
- Managing and maintaining audience databases
- Social media strategy & content
- Retail marketing including promotional and sales material
- Providing marketing support to the Marketing Manager where needed

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role, you will have:

- Tertiary education in marketing or a related discipline
- Proven experience in B2C marketing
- Shown practice managing social media, Google advertising and automated marketing platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Experience with stakeholder management across multiple levels with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- The ability to organise workload, prioritise, and meet deadlines
- Working knowledge and experience with Adobe Suite
