As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in localising and executing marketing strategies to support sales objectives and increase brand awareness as well as improving pipeline velocity and value creation. This role is pivotal in adapting global marketing strategies to fit local market needs, engaging directly with our customers and partners to drive business growth. Having a Global first approach. Taking the global strategy and localising to the needs of the sales team and region.

The role reports to the Managing Director, Asia-Pacific, and dotted line reporting to the Head of Partnership, APAC (both roles based in Sydney). This will be the first hire into Singapore for Orbus, and the Asia region is expected to undergo significant growth in the next three years.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement localised marketing plans aligned with commercial targets for ARR, NRR and Customer Retention Rate
- Working closely with stakeholders to develop, execute, and optimise comprehensive marketing strategies that create demand.
- Organise and manage prospect and customer events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and support lead generation across new business and customer base.
- Managing campaigns throughout the lead lifecycle — from awareness and lead generation to nurturing and sales acceleration.
- Analyse market trends and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
- Managing partner marketing in the region
- Managing localised internal communication and fostering company culture at all levels.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Track record (2-3 years) in field marketing or a similar role within the SaaS or B2B industry.
- Strong understanding of the ANZ market with experience in B2B marketing.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns and events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools to measure and optimise campaign performance.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills in order to work with both internal teams and customers.
