**Salary**: $78,000 -85,000 per annum plus Super
**Location**: various locations in NSW including the Central West and Sydney Metro areas

**About Us**:
As a company we are a market leader in mass egg production and sales and are looking for a Marketing Specialist to bolster our brand and expand our market reach. This is a full time 38-hour week position.

**Some of The Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business growth in egg production and sales.
- Analyse pricing and market trends to position our products competitively.
- Coordinate advertising campaigns that highlight our farm's commitment to quality and sustainability.
- Conduct market research on egg sales trends and client demands.
- Manage digital and social media platforms, creating engaging content.
- Liaise with clients and partners to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Organize promotional events and initiatives.
- Track marketing campaign effectiveness and adapt strategies as needed.
- Support the growth of the farm and other ventures through targeted marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing, preferably in the agricultural or food industry for at least two to three years.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, market analysis, and pricing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Creative and analytical mindset, with a passion for sustainable agriculture.

**Salary**: $78,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
