**What you will do**:
In your new role you will be the key liaison between our customers and the workshop to ensure successful delivery of vehicles back to our customers following scheduled repairs and service. You will be responsible for preparing and processing all warranty claims for submission to appropriate product manufacturer's warranty departments. All you need is outstanding customer service abilities, with a commitment to delivery and well-developed problem-solving skills.

**About You**:

- High School Certificate
- Completion or in the process of completing certificate in Parts Interpreting or Service Advising (desirable) or equivalent industry training and/or experience.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Service Advisory or related industry role.
- Sound knowledge American or European Truck, _mtu_, Detroit, Allison Transmission and other associated products.
- Competent computer skills including the demonstrated use of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook/Word/Excel).
