**The Role**
An opportunity has become available for a Sustainability & Environmental Lead, who possesses strong Project Management & Communication skills. This is very much a role of passion, driving the company’s S&E initiatives, whilst gently blending in required change. You will be expected to own the initiatives, partake in global conferencing, while managing effective communication protocols with all internal stakeholders. Your passion for sustainability and the environment, together with your project management skills and your impeccable communication skills will be what makes you successful in this role.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Stakeholder management, at a global level
- Maintain the company’s environmental compliance
- Manage the company’s S&E projects
- Manage the site’s Environmental KPI
- Develop and maintain the site’s EMS

**The Requirements**
Together with your Degree in Environmental Engineering, Science, Planning or Sustainability, you will also have demonstrated success in project management, to plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate medium-scale capital works. You will also pride yourself on your effective communication skills in tactful influence and persuasion, utilised in sensitive stakeholder management.
