Sustainability Lead

About this role
As Sustainability Reporting Lead, you'll lead the development of sustainability reporting systems and disclosures across the nib Group-enabling accurate data, strategic insights, and compliance with ESG standards. You'll also support key projects that advance nib's environmental ambitions and build engagement across internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead ESG reporting and manage sustainability disclosures, including climate and modern slavery
- Develop systems and processes that meet reporting standards and enable strategic insights
- Support delivery of environmental initiatives and engage internal and external stakeholders
About you
You're experienced, insightful, and driven to make a meaningful impact.
- Proven experience in corporate sustainability, ESG reporting, and project delivery
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage complex data
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication, and translating technical content into clear insights
- Knowledge of sustainability reporting standards, frameworks (e.g. ASRS, CDP, S&P, GRI), and current ESG trends
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and progress work independently across short and medium-term goals
- Thrive in a hybrid working environment that supports work-life integration
