**Job Description**:

- Key Accountabilities:

- Partners typically lead project teams of 3 to 6 Consultants to identify and implement bespoke solutions for specific client problems, to enable long-term sustainable change to the client’s performance and objectives.
- The Partner will lead the day to day execution of a client project while guiding individual team members. The Partner works directly with clients and takes ownership of the overall project and project outcomes. In each project, the Partner will lead the project team to gather and diagnose information, formulate and test hypothesis, design solutions and develop recommendations. The Partner will present those recommended solutions to the client.
- The Partner will demonstrate leadership skills and inspire others, building solid working relationships and embrace a culture of diversity and inclusion.
- Travel to client site is regularly required and a key component of the role.
- Responsibilities:
- Delivery of business advisory services to consulting engagements aligned with business margin expectations to new and existing clients-
- Support Engagement Leads in the scoping and execution of high quality consulting engagements from start to finish-
- Prepare solutions and improvements to processes and systems including recommending more efficient and effective operating models-
- Identify and discuss business and organisational issues with clients and formulate solutions to those issues-
- Prepare written reports and proposals-
- Contribute to the design, development and implementation of business development strategies for Cyient Consulting-
- Initiate sales opportunities for engagements with new and existing clients-
- Optimise revenue generation by achieving targets, pricing, invoicing using Cyient systems and processes-
- Participating and contributing to Cyient Consulting brand development, internal and external stakeholder management.- Relationships and key stakeholders:
- Cyient Consulting clients - current and prospective-
- Cyient Consulting internal team - Head of Consulting, Engagement Leads, Principal Consultants and Project Teams-
- Cyient representatives from other business units (Digital, Geospatial etc)-
- Cyient functional teams.- Qualifications and work experience:
- Bachelor's degree; Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.) or equivalent-
- Minimum 5 years industry experience in chosen field and/or prior experience as a Senior Consultant or Practice Lead (or equivalent) in a professional services firm.-
- In depth knowledge and understanding of typical consulting team structures, roles, responsibilities, analytical techniques, problem solving frameworks and strategies and communication approaches-
- Solid functional knowledge, including but not limited to strategy, business development, heavy industry/manufacturing, supply chain, etc.-
- Ability to encourage and embrace a team culture within project teams, and be “ego-less” in developing solutions-
- Ability to work within an ambiguous and dynamic environment-
- Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analytics-
- Ability to communicate effectively and engage with all stakeholders in an inclusive and collaborative manner and demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.-
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem solving skills.-
- Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively (both written and verbal).Skills & Experience
