**_ We have several exciting opportunities for casual Support Workers to join the team at MS Queensland. We have hours at our Toowoomba Apartments. MS Queensland will soon expand to at home community care._**

**As our new casual Support Worker with MS Queensland, you will**:

- Deliver exceptional personalised care based on customer needs and schedule
- Support daily living activities, health management, personal goals, and community engagement - including community access
- Value feedback for continuous improvement in your role and business processes
- Hours range over a 24/7 roster at our accommodation sites
- our main shifts include morning (6am to 2pm), afternoon (2pm to 10pm) and night shifts (10pm to 6am) - Monday to Sunday.

**About you**:

- Certificate III level qualification in Disability, Individual Support, or related field
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate from a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) (or willing to obtain)
- Proven experience in supporting independent living
- Strong judgment and ethical values
- Demonstrated care plan expertise

**A NDWS clearance and completion of NDIS Online Worker Training Module will be required for this role (prior to commencement). A pre-employment assessment will be required as part of our recruitment process.**
