Casual Disability Support Worker

Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of people with disabilities? MNK Support Services is looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Casual Disability Support Workers.

About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centered care to our clients, supporting them to live independently and achieve their goals. Duties may include:

- Assisting with daily living tasks and personal care.
- Supporting clients with community access and social activities.
- Helping to maintain a clean and safe home environment.
- Encouraging skill development and independence.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent), or currently studying in a relevant field (e.g., nursing).
- Experience as an Assistant in Nursing (AIN) is highly regarded.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and a Blue Card (or willingness to obtain).
- A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends.

Pay: $35.00 - $48.95 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: On the road
