**The opportunity**

Greatway Support is seeking passionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Toowoomba, Queensland. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our clients, providing compassionate and individualised care and support.

**Key responsibilities**
- Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping
- Facilitating social and recreational activities to promote client wellbeing and independence in line with their goals
- Advocating for client needs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
- Maintaining detailed client records and documentation in line with industry standards
- Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of clients

**What we're looking for**
- A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the community services or aged care sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families
- A caring, empathetic, and patient approach to working with diverse client needs
- Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
