**Your new role**
In this role you will be based on site in Piara Waters. You will be answering to the site manager and assisting with the following:

- Assisting the project manager and site manager with preparing correspondences and reports for the project team
- Coordinate and manage all project documentation, meeting minutes and agendas
- Assisting the site manager and HSEQ advisor in maintaining all necessary safety requirement on site
- Liaising with head office and the project team with the booking of inductions, training for employees and subcontractors
- Adhoc clerical and office duties as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed in this role you will have the following:

- Previous experience in a fast-paced industry role
- Minute taking experience
- Able to work autonomously and show initiative
- Excellent computer skills and understanding of MS office suite
- White card

As this is a site based role, all employees are committed to a safe workplace and must respect the rigourous health and safety system, which includes a zero tolerance to drugs and alcohol in the workplace. Applicants will be required to undergo a preemployment drug and alcohol screening.
