We are seeking a talented **Strata Administrative Assistant** to support our boutique Strata team.
This is your opportunity to work closely with Strata Managers, delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
**About the Role**
As an Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Ensure efficient workflows, communications, and daily office operations.
- Issue and follow up on work orders if required, ensuring timely completion.
- Manage property information, key/swipe access, and inventory.
- Support portfolios in the absence of Strata Managers.
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks
- Assist with invoicing
**What You Will Bring**
- Strong understanding of the strata industry or Property Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Strata Master/MRI
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic accounting knowledge is a plus.
- Flexibility and adaptability
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work efficiently and independently.
