**About Us**:

**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for an organized, proactive, and versatile Administrative Assistant to support our Managing Director (MD) in a fast-paced and exciting environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys supporting a team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the design team as required.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage office administration tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive and adaptable approach to tasks.
- Basic proficiency in MYOB and Outlook is highly regarded.
- Previous administrative experience is advantageous but not essential.
