Join us as our new Head of Lifestyle and Community, in this position you will play a pivotal role in our Customer Experience team, driving initiatives across Retirement Living, Residential Aged Care, and Home Care. Your focus will be on delivering innovative programs tailored to meet the diverse needs and happiness of our customers.

You will:
- Inspire and lead stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.- Develop and implement frameworks for Lifestyle & Community best practices.- Drive business planning, generate data-driven insights, and ensure quality reporting.- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.- Optimise organizational structures, streamline processes, and manage third-party partnerships.- Establish robust processes for monitoring performance and maintaining high standards.- Innovate customer-centric approaches to enhance community engagement and satisfaction.

Who are you:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Science, Applied Science, or equivalent.- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing cross-functional strategies.- 5+ years' experience in business case development and stakeholder engagement.- Proven track record in leading Lifestyle, Wellbeing & Volunteer programs.- Previous experience in NFP, Aged Care, or Healthcare sectors.- Strong communication and leadership skills across all levels of stakeholders.- Ability to drive positive transformation and maintain high standards of service.- Proficiency in analytical tools and computer systems.- Current Australian driver’s license.
