**Role & Responsibilities**
- Provide in-depth research on market demand of different types of real estate assets for the company and help prepare quarterly reports for the same
- Providing financial information for the potential property acquisitions and interpreting the implications for business performance and funding needs
- Advising on property investment strategies and conducting due diligence
- Preparation of comparable values data and preparation of internal valuation ranges using different valuation methodologies to determine fair market value for internal purposes.
- Assist in preparation of feasibility reports of potential developments and report key metrics
- Compile data and prepare reports on the relevant real estate markets
- Help the property team develop sales and marketing materials for the properties
- Advise the Operations Head in on the asset management requirements for current and proposed developments
- Examining property as directed by the Managing Director
- Preparing investment memorandums and updatesand participate in development and finance meetings
**Applicant Requirements**
- Tertiary qualification in the field of Business (finance or economics) is desirable
- Minimum 2 years’ work experience required in similar field
- Intermediate computer skills, including use of client management, CRM, property, and accounting software is desirable
- Demonstrated knowledge and previous experience in the fields of property development, real estate investments and/or project finance
- Other finance related certifications such as CFA, CAIA are desirable
- Previous experience in the Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) industry is desirable
- Strong analytical and MS Excel skills
- Passion for the field of property investments
- Ability to work well in a diverse team and management of tight deadlines.
**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
