This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Risk and Compliance professional to join a leading Big 4 bank, based in Melbourne's CBD.
- Work within the Retail portfolio business unit to conduct quality assurance reviews to the 1st line of defense
- Make recommendations to business units on how risk's are being identified, assessed and treated
- Liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Develop risk culture across the retail product and assist in embedding this through the business unit
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and create solutions for the Assurance Team
- 5-7 years within a risk and compliance role where you have been heavily involved in developing and managing frameworks
- 1st or 2nd line experience spent at a Financial Services business
- Experience working in a range of different business units, and/or a range of different risk types will be highly regarded
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- An ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fluid environment
