Job Title

We are seeking a senior quality assurance expert with expertise in both manual and automated testing to lead our company's quality assurance initiatives.

About the Role
  • This role involves leading System Testing, System Integration Testing, and Regression Testing across various projects, ensuring our systems meet all requirements and perform optimally.
  • You will take on a key role in planning, executing, and reporting on testing activities, while also managing defects and engaging with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various Software Development methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid, along with DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and automation frameworks aligned with product and business goals.
  • Lead the evaluation and implementation of emerging testing tools and frameworks through targeted proof-of-concept initiatives.
  • Guide teams in adopting AI/ML-driven testing, performance engineering, and shift-left practices.
  • Manage test environments, data setup, and release readiness across multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC.
