**About the Role**

We are currently hiring experienced Horticultural Team Leader to assist with various tasks related to high end garden maintenance. Your workplace is amongst some of the most prestigious landscapes within the Eastern Suburbs to showcase your skills in an environment to develop your career with others that are likeminded and passionate for the industry.

This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. If you are passionate gardener, have a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow in the horticultural industry, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with detailed horticultural maintenance tasks such as hedging, weeding, pruning, and mulching.
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Load and unload materials, plants, and equipment from trucks and trailers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Irrigation monitoring and maintenance.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.

**About You**
- Previous experience in detailed garden maintenance.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Valid Drivers Licence
- White Card or willingness to obtain.
- Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
- Ongoing safety training programs and resources available.
