Randwick is easily accessible by public transport and there is ample parking available too **The Role** - Provide personal care needs and services as per consumer’s individual care needs and care plans - Provide person-centred care to residents in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards - Deliver care that aligns with consumers dignity, choice, and independence - Manage a team of assistant nurses ***The successful person will demonstrate** - That they possess a Certificate IV in Ageing Support - Previous experience managing a team - Experience delegating tasks and resolving conflicts timeously and successfully - Previous experience in Aged Care - A positive, caring and compassionate attitude - Effective communication skills - A fantastic work ethic - An openness for continuous learning ***About us**: Montefiore is an award-winning, Sydney-based aged care provider, with a proud 135-year history as a non-profit organisation founded on Jewish values.
