Room Leader

**Job Description: Full-Time Room Leader**

**The Role**:
As a Room Leader, you will guide and support educators in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children. You will play a key role in planning and delivering educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework, while fostering collaboration and a positive team culture. Your leadership will inspire educators to provide exceptional care and learning experiences for all children.

**About You**:

- ** Hold a Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent).**:

- ** Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role as a Room Leader within early childhood education.**:

- Current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (EYLF, NQS, and Regulations).
- Proven ability to mentor and guide a team, promoting best practices and team cohesion.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on building strong relationships with families and colleagues.
