Imoova is the worlds largest vehicle relocation marketplace. We are a rapidly growing small business based in Brisbane. We are looking for a customer service manager to improve our customer services, manage our casual support staff and innovate on how we can provide the best experience possible for our customers.
We are looking for someone who is able to do the day to day of customer service but also be able to bring forward their ideas on how we can better our product for both our customers and trade partners. **If it ain't broken, make it better.**
We have a very casual work environment, we provide morning coffee and lunch (most days) and strive to make the work place somewhere you want to be.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage our customer service support team
- Improve and iterate on our customer service processes
- Generate sales though our support channels
- Maintain and improve relationships with our trade partners
**Desirables**
- Experience working in the travel industry
- An interest in campervan / motorhome holidays
- An interest in backpacking and hostel travel
- High levels of attention to detail
- Experience implementing software solutions to improve customer service
**Requirements**:
- High level of computer literacy
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
