The company is nationally established in 5 major cities around Australia - Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney and Melbourne and with 2 offices in their Brisbane office currently they are looking to grow the team.
The company is looking to expand rapidly in all locations over the next year.
**Role**
Your role as a Customer Service Manager will involve you being the main point of contact for all new and existing clients. Reporting directly to the COO and CEO you will be able to gain varied exposure to all things sales within the booming serviced office industry.
Your day to day will be varied, giving you great exposure to a number of different tasks involving:
- Help look after the day to day running of the office, ensuring smooth operations
- Working closely with the Centre team to create autonomy within the business
- Communicating with your team and clients to solve any problems or to answer any questions
- Organising meetings and tours of the office spaces
- Onboard new clients
- Upselling any existing leases and taking enquiries from prospective customers
- Sales reporting

**About You**
As a Customer Service and Sales Manager you will have a natural knack for customer service. You be well presented, be a flexible worker, have great communication skills and have a can do attitude.
You don't need to come from a serviced office background but do come from a face to face customer service background. If you want to transition over to a corporate Monday - Friday job this could be the right fit for you.
