**What You'll Do**
- Maintain, manage and update CRM with received funds and keep the deals pipeline up to date
- Be aware of the status of all drawdowns
- Book appointments if required
- Be up to date with investment projects and their status to provide updates to investors supplied by the Sales Manager
- Contact investors on a regular basis to give updates and maintain relationships
- Be a point of contact for investors
- Work closely with the sales team to provide updates on investors
- Oversee new investor onboarding experience
- Assisting the sales manager for any further required tasks
- Successful applicant will require an RG146 certification

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
