**ROLE SUMMARY**:
- As the Head of Admissions, you will be responsible for leading the acquisition and conversion process, including the outreach and recruitment events and supporting the retention strategy for the expansions plans of one of the leading independent school groups in NSW.-
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- To implement the admissions commercial strategy (focused on student acquisition and retention from enquiry to enrolment) for the school, working closely with the Head of CX, the Principal and Group marketing team.
- Communicate with parents of prospective and exchange students as first point of contact, to ensure they receive accurate and timely information and advice regarding admission to the school.
- Lead the Admissions team and/or guide the Head of School and SLT to achieve sales targets, ensuring they have the knowledge, training and support to deliver a customer-centred service to support student growth.
- Lead, develop and be fully responsible for maintaining accurate data in school systems, undertaking data analysis that enables responsive decision-making through the enrolment process and accurate forecasting during annual planning.
- Deliver best-in-class tours for prospective parents and partnership prospects (businesses, embassies etc). These will be conducted throughout the year (within and out of term time as required).
- Ensure service standards and quality assurance procedures are met and evolve with parent expectations and needs.
**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:
- Sales management experience within professional services setting, with a track record of success.
- Credibility, professional presence and influencing skills.
- Experience of working with CRM systems and integration with the sales life cycle.
- Experience working with the education sector is desirable but not essential
- Have a proactive approach to work; have personal integrity and the drive to do what is best for the students, parents and the school.
- An innovative thinker, with strong collaboration skills and a high degree of professional integrity.
- Can demonstrate agility and ability to problem solve.
