**What You'll Be Doing**:
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks tailored to our clients' individual needs, including:

- **Personal Care**: Assisting with daily routines such as showering, dressing, and grooming.
- **Domestic Assistance**: Helping with light household duties like cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- **Community Access**: Supporting clients to engage in social activities, attend appointments, and run errands.
- **Flexible Rostering**: Working on a rotating roster to provide consistent care and support.

**What We Require**:
To be considered for this role, you must have:

- **Relevant Qualifications**: A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care) or an equivalent qualification is essential.
- **Essential Checks**: A current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, and a Working with Children Check (if applicable) or the willingness to obtain them.
- **First Aid Certification**: A current First Aid and CPR certificate.
- **Reliable Transportation**: A reliable and well-maintained vehicle, a current driver's license, and comprehensive vehicle insurance.
- **Skills**: Strong communication skills, empathy, patience, and the ability to work independently.
- **Flexibility**: The availability to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings as required.
