Disability Support Worker – ASD & Intellectual Disability

We're looking for compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team and support a 22-year-old male participant living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Intellectual Disability.

About the Role

You will be part of a dedicated support team, providing high-quality, person-centred care. Duties include:

  • Assisting with daily living tasks and personal care
  • Supporting community access, outings, and activities
  • Encouraging independence and skill development
  • Creating a safe, calm and supportive environment
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience working with people with ASD or intellectual disability
  • Patient, calm, and understanding approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable and flexible availability

  • Mandatory Requirements:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check

  • First Aid & CPR
  • Valid driver's license (preferred)
