Due to business growth, we are looking to engage **Clinic Managers & Assistant Managers** in our **Melbourne Metro** clinics

Laser Clinics Australia has some exciting positions available for inspired Clinic Managers and Assistant Managers who want to take the next step in their careers and lead passionate teams.

As Assistant Clinic Manager, you will provide expert hands-on treatments to clients and assist the Clinic Manager with management responsibilities. Together, you will ensure that all areas of clinic operations run smoothly and that the team and business are performing above standard.

**Your Role/ Responsibilities**:

- Plan and drive operational and retail excellence
- Coaching employees to succeed in sales the LCA Way
- Review performance data (financial, sales, and activity levels)
- Upskilling team in specialist product knowledge
- Assisting in clinic operations such as rostering, banking, end-of-day procedures
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients

**Your Background/ Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the beauty/ aesthetics industry
- Advanced Laser and skin treatments experience is desirable
- Business qualifications and management experience highly regarded
- Superior customer service and selling skills with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive a positive team culture
