Melbourne Airport, Australia Melbourne Airport Health Clinic Full time

We are looking for a Nurse/administrative assistant to join our small team in Melbourne Airport Health Clinic.

The clinic is located in Terminal 1 (Qantas Domestic Terminal) with our main patient base being travellers and airport staff members. Parking in the designated staff car park will be provided for the successful applicant.

For this role, minimum of 1 year’s nursing experience is necessary

**Skills & experience**:

- Previous experience working in general practice
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Triage patients with acute emergencies and general nursing duties

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Schedule patient appointments by phone and in person using Best Practice computer software (software training will be provided if necessary)
- General office administrative tasks such as data entry and scanning
- Daily general cleaning and upkeep of the clinic
- Additional ad hoc duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Must be registered with AHPRA
- Current nursing indemnity
- Experience using Best Practice preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to take the initiative
- Computer literacy
- Ability to be flexible with shift hours (8hr day shifts - shorter shifts are also available)
- Ability to work effectively within a small team

**Job Type**: Part-time

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
