FX & CFD Account Manager
We are an award-winning online FX & CFD trading company based in Melbourne CBD. We are currently seeking a passionate Account Manager to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for attracting new retail clients and engaging existing clients to trade FX and CFDs on our online trading platform.

Base Salary + Super + Bonus

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Manage new leads effectively and reach set KPIs
- Attract new retail clients and partners with ongoing account management.
- Manage relationships with existing clients to drive satisfaction
- Educate new and existing clients on our MT4/MT5 trading platform and products
- Assist prospective clients with the account opening process.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and trading solutions to clients
- Keep up to date on economic and political issues that affect the financial markets
- Build long lasting relationships with clients and identify business opportunities
- Adhere to company compliance
- Assist with presentations and webinars for client events/education

Skills and requirements for this position:

- 1-2 years’ experience in FX/CFD or sales background
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Interest in financial markets
- Fluent in English with a second language an advantage
- RG146 qualified preferred but not essential (training provided)

**Salary**: $55,149.68 - $125,231.85 per year

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melbourne VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Financial services: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (required)
