Introduction
We are seeking an HRIS and Administration Officer to join our HR team on a 12 month contract. Based from our busy West Perth office, you will report to the Reward and Benefit Manager, APA.
This role is immediately available and is a great opportunity for a professional seeking to develop broader HR skills and to progress their career with a global business.

What you’ll do
- Preparation of letter and contract variations
- Maintenance of employee records and electronic files
- Ensure date integrity and accuracy within the HRIS
- Preparing HR reports and statistics
- Supporting with general HR issues
- Respond in an efficient and timely manner
- Support with ongoing ad hoc projects

Who you are
- A high level of administrative skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail - clear communication is key here
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office products including Excel
- Quality driven with the ability to optimise processes
- Adaptable with a passion for teamwork and service delivery
- Comfortable investigating and asking questions
- Able to pick up processes and systems quickly
- Experience with Success Factors would be an advantage
- A degree or qualification in HR would be advantageous (not essential)
