Our client is a leading national organisation with a diverse portfolio spanning energy, resources, property, agriculture, and hospitality. They are seeking to appoint a talented HR Systems Coordinator to support the People Services team in the effective management and reporting of employee data.

Key areas of responsibility include:

- The management and maintenance of employee data in the HRIS
- Capturing employee, talent and succession planning information against employees including profile creation and maintenance
- People reporting including data, metrics, and analysis and responding to reporting requests
- Ensuring the integrity of employee data in the system
- Undertake process and system reviews and make recommendations on system utilisation improvements
- Ensure the HRIS is fully integrated and utilised by the People Services team
- Auditing of payroll and HRIS data
