We are seeking high-performing individuals to join the Deal Enablement & Review Board (DE&RB) Delivery Governance Team. You will get an opportunity to work in a team that provides you with a view of the entire breadth of services KPMG delivers to clients with greater exposure to leadership across the firm

**Your Opportunity**

Reporting to the DE&RB Delivery Governance lead, you role will be identify assess and manage major technology deals risks through risk assessments, creating mitigation plans and providing regular reports to the leadership and the program teams. This role will utilise your technical program delivery, professional services experience, and financial & stakeholder management skills to deliver business value to KPMG and our clients.
- Perform major deals risk assessment to identify the firm’s risk exposure of individual programs and projects and implementing risk mitigation strategies and evaluate for continuous improvements to enhance the firm’s ability to handle major deals.
- Work with KPMG program teams to schedule and complete in-flight risk reviews, including financial, legal, operational, and strategic risks.
- Assessment of various risks by reviewing technology solutions, client and supplier contracts, and financial health and its implications of the deal
- Create and maintain clear and comprehensive records of risk assessments, mitigation plans, and actions taken to manage risks, and provide regular reports and updates to the DE&RB leadership team and stakeholders on the status of risk assessments and mitigation efforts.
- Maintain the Major Deals portfolio register, including continuous assessment of the portfolio's alignment with the evolving business strategy.
- Work with the DE&RB lead to make critical decisions related to the portfolio, such as adjustments in priorities, reallocation of resources, and addressing issues or conflicts.
- Establish enhanced program oversight for strategic review of a major deal and ongoing risk management.
- Collaborate with different teams involved in the deal to ensure that everyone is aware of the risks and understands their roles in risk management.
- Assess the success and value delivery of programs and projects upon completion, and ensure formal program closure.
- Identify opportunities for overall deal lifecycle process improvement i.e., sales to delivery

**Qualifications**:

- Deep understanding of a large deal lifecycle from sales to delivery
- Sound knowledge of client & supplier contracting negotiations
- ** 8+ years** experience in Technology delivery & risk management
- Professional services industry background is essential for this role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills enable an individual to work in a fast-moving, highly collaborative culture
- Ideally, working experience with large Technology Systems Integration/ outsourcing organisations but not essential
- Confident with working at a senior executive stakeholder level and delivering succinct messages that can be consumed quickly by internal and external stakeholders
- Drive, professional attitude, proactive self-starter with a collaborative team player approach
- Confident working with technical solution teams and operating in matrix organisations with a willingness/confidence to challenge but also stepping into areas outside of my natural comfort zone
