Our client is a global business who are leaders in the education market. With a reputation for excellence within their industry, they are going through an exciting growth phase and are seeking an experience Project Manager to lead the design and implementation of Ascender. This role would suit someone who has a passion for Project Management, Payroll Systems, and Implementation.

**The Role**

The role is required to lead the Payroll Systems Project from design to implementation and transition to business as usual.

This position is responsible for:

- The preparation and delivery activities for the implementation of Kronos
- Responsible for all aspects including planning, budgeting, design, implementation, testing, training, deployment, and support transition
- Establishing the appropriate governance and control process to ensure successful implementation of the selected systems under scope, to meet organisation requirements within agreed timeframe, scope, cost, and quality
- Liaising with key stakeholders across the organisation and implementation partners.

You will have the following attributes:

- Previous experience in a payroll role
- Proven Ascender Pay experience
- Comprehensive understanding in an organisation of the Finance components and inputs that impact payroll outputs e.g. reporting
- Gathering payroll related requirements and process map creation
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong MS Excel numeracy skills
