Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Implementation Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring timely execution, risk mitigation, and alignment with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical project planning, execution, and delivery across cross-functional teams

Own and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies with proactive mitigation strategies

Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and resource allocation

Track progress against milestones and ensure adherence to quality standards

Facilitate technical discussions and resolve implementation roadblocks

Prepare and present status reports to leadership and clients

Ensure compliance with internal governance and regulatory requirements

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Implementation Lead

Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

Expertise in risk and issue management, escalation handling, and stakeholder communication

Hands-on experience with project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence)

Technical background in software development, infrastructure, or systems integration

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
