- Passion for leading and supporting individuals
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Strong time management and delegating skills
- Supportive and able to remain calm in a high pressure/fast paced role
- Experience leading a team

**The Role**:

- Manage and delegate jobs to the team, based on priority level
- Track, manage, and report department performance via set objectives and KPIs
- Liaise with other departments
- Provide effective and prompt customer updates relating to order status, including specific issues or delays
- Performance Management and Training & Development
- Lead company mission and values to drive morale and maintain a high-performing quality culture
- Ensure that a safe working environment is always maintained and that the appropriate safety regulations and policies are complied with

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience in a similar field, including a high-demand, fast paced environment
- Have a passion for leading and supporting a team
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Performance Management & Training experience, working with KPI's
- Understanding of Logistics scheduling is desirable - not necessary
- A positive “can do” attitude
- Advanced MS Office knowledge
- Structure and process development and implementation
