As a result of growth, an opportunity exists for an experienced Supervisor to join our team based in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. We are seeking an energetic, positive, self-motivated, driven and passionate individual to add value to our business while inspiring and motivating your team.

**The opportunity**:
The Supervisor will be responsible for a range of operational tasks to deliver a high-quality standard of work. Responsibilities include:

- Supporting and supervising a team of up to 20 cleaners
- Training and development of new and existing staff
- Conducting daily inspections, audits and quality checks
- Responding to ad-hoc cleaning requests
- Conducting routine audits and quality checks
- Overseeing workloads, work outcomes and standards
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures

Shifts from Monday to Friday: 2.00pm to 10.00pm or Saturday to Wednesday: 2.00pm to 10.00pm
- Previous supervisory experience
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
- A strong customer service focus and attention to detail

**Salary**: $23.52 - $47.04 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tullamarine VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
