Wesco Anixter have an outstanding career opportunity for a highly motivated and hands-on **Warehouse Supervisor **supporting our security branches. This role is based from our national distribution centre in Tullamarine.

**About the Role**

Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, this role will;
- Supervise and lead warehouse staff to ensure efficient receiving, storage and dispatch of product equipment
- Oversee and assist in all dispatching and invoicing processes
- Managing goods - incoming and outgoing
- Conduct stock takes
- Liaise with customers regarding stock level
- Training warehouse staff
- Handling any logistics requirements on a daily basis, including liaising with transport providers
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following and consistent enforcement of company policies and WHS requirements
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our Tullamarine warehouse facility
- Supervise and lead warehouse staff to ensure efficient receiving, storage and dispatch of product equipment

**What You'll Bring**
- Knowledge of Warehousing systems and procedures
- Experience in operating Warehouse equipment
- Practical experience and understanding of WHS policies and procedures
- Established skill-set regarding stock control and periodic stock take
- Capable of handling multiple priorities with a high sense of urgency
- Strong MS Office skills
- Forklift License
- Excellent computer skills and WMS experience
- Strong communicator, self-directed and motivated
