The Role:
Working in our front-of-house service areas, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to our members and guests during their experience at Club Engadine RSL. Staff will be provided with training to ensure team members have all the skills necessary to fulfill the role. Some of the tasks for this role include:
- Provide service from bars
- Set up/close bars for trade
- Ensure the cleanliness of the venue at all times
- Attend gaming machine service calls
- Applicants must be 18 years or older to attend gaming machine service calls
- Troubleshoot basic gaming machine faults
- Operate TAB and Keno terminals
- Adhere to and apply the venue's RSA and RCG policies
- Other reasonable duties as assigned by the Manager
- The successful candidates will:
- Exhibit impeccable grooming and personal presentation standards
- Be a team player and take ownership and responsibility while on shift
- Have the flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and late shifts
- Hold current RSA and RCG certificates (or be willing to obtain them prior to commencement of employment)
- Have current working rights in Australia
