We are a Lotto Store based in the Engadine. We are a fast-paced working environment with a high customer count. We develop a family-like work environment and have great engagement with our local customers.

As a Retail Supervisor in a Lotto Store and Gift ware store you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers who are visiting the store to purchase gifts and lotto games.

You will be required to maintain a clean and organised store, handle cash transactions, and assist customers in finding products they are looking for. You will be required to create a fun and engaging customer experience that customers enjoy coming to.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers as they enter the store and provide a friendly and welcoming environment.
- Engaging with customers to create friendly community relationships
- Assist customers in finding right products they are looking for and make recommendations based on their preferences.
- Sell lottery tickets and scratch cards, and explain the different types of games available.
- Upselling and cross-selling homes, giftware’s and accessory products
- Handle cash transactions, including making change and processing credit card payment
- Opening and/or closing the store and reconciling of cash and EFTPOS payments
- Keep the store clean and organised, including stocking shelves, sweeping the floor, and dusting displays
- Creating, maintaining and refreshing retail displays and merchandising of displayed products
- Ensure that all tobacco products are properly labelled and comply with local regulations.
- Complete daily sales reports and cash reconciliations.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Retail management and sales experience & Lotto Experience
- Knowledge of lottery games is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy boxes
- Weekend work will be a requirement
- Basic maths skills and proficiency with cash handling

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
