**Role Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic **Marketing Manager** to lead our marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in amplifying our presence, engaging diverse audiences, and driving the growth of our holistic well-being services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies & campaigns that align with our mission and objectives.
- **Digital Marketing**: Oversee digital campaigns across various platforms.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- **Content Development**: Support the creation of compelling content that resonates with our audience and promotes our services.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- **Services Promotion**: Coordinate marketing efforts for services to maximize results.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in strategic marketing, digital marketing tools, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills.
- **Alignment**: A genuine interest in personal development, positive psychology, and spiritual well-being.

**How to Apply**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Subcontract, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
