Our Customer Service team is now looking for a self-motivated and customer focused team player to assist us in achieving that goal at our Yennora or Newcastle office

**What you will be doing**
- Providing stand-out service to ensure an exemplary experience for all Coregas customers.
- Managing national inbound calls, including adhering to correct transfer procedures.
- Using First Touch resolution system to advise customers with accurate information.
- Managing internal & external customer expectations and informing of any delivery changes.
- Educating the customer on new technology and converting to Digital First.
- Approaching all processes with a LEAN mentality for continual improvement.
- Processing payments for orders.
- Handling invoices, credit notes, statements, proof of deliveries and other required documentation.

**What we need from you**

You will be a great fit for our team if you are:

- Knowledge of ERP systems, ability to utilise Office suite of products.
- Detail oriented and committed to following established processes.
- Very strong team player within a cohesive team environment.
- Used to working in busy environment, with effective time management skills.
