**Key Responsibilities of the role**:

- Training Services for Personnel at the Facility, including but not limited to: (i) taking responsibility for ensuring that all Personnel providing Services and Deliverables at the Facility receive the required training as per contract, including any mandated on-site at the Facility training and advanced security Services training, is implemented in an effective and timely manner
- Provides guidance and support to Personnel about procedures and best practices
- Development of protocols to test training knowledge
- Ensure training materials up to date according to Client's latest changes
- Manages training documents
- Reports all training progress
- Provides security training to Client’s personnel and other third-party contractor personnel only upon request by the client’s Security Manager

**To be considered for this position, you will have**:

- Australian Citizenship to acquire a government clearance
- Able to acquire a AGSVA - Agency Government Security Vetting Agency (NVL1) Negative Vetting Level 1 clearance
- Valid passport
- Certificate IV - Training and Assessment
- The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work with conflicting time constraints
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, in particular, MS Office and MS Excel
