We currently are seeking an experienced Site supervisor to play an integral part in managing the day to day operations for a client within our Data Centres, Monday to Friday, with oncall outside operational business hours.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations and performance of the site and staff and provide visible leadership, direction and issue resolution at the front line.

**_Security Supervisory Services _**
**will include, but not be limited to the following**:

- Operational supervision of all Personnel providing Services and Deliverables at the Facility during specific designated “Services Shifts”;
- Coordinating emergency preparedness and response procedures for the Facility during specific designated “Services Shifts”;
- Implementation of security directives, building community partnerships with local law enforcement and emergency response agencies during specific designated “Services Shifts”;
- Implementation of security Services programs during specific designated “Services Shifts”;
- Enforcement of physical security measures and practices to ensure Client directives are carried out on an on-going basis during specific designated “Services Shifts”;
- Organization and disbursement of Services Shift rotation schedules;
- Ensuring accuracy of Personnel payroll signage;
- Monitoring “DC Security Operations Center” (“DCSOC”) Services provided by Personnel to ensure sufficiency;
- Completion of Services Shift audits;
**To be considered for this position, you will have**
- Certificate II - Security Operations
- A current and Valid NSW Security Licence
- Must be an Australian Citizen.
- The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work with conflicting time constraints
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, in particular, MS Office and MS Excel
