**ABOUT THE ROLE**

If you are a document management guru or have experience in managing training or health and safety programs for a business, we have a newly created role to start ASAP located at the Instant Windscreens Osborne Park Head Office.

Some of the key duties of the role are:

- Management and auditing of internal documentation to ensure information is kept up to date and compliant.
- Management of document control and storage.
- Maintain asset register.
- Maintain Instant Windscreens Online learning management system.
- Attend monthly/ad hoc Information and Security meetings with management
- Maintain Change register
- Maintain Risk register
- Maintain Health and safety framework and ensure staff participation in mandatory training/meetings
- Complete any activities required to ensure ISO270001 certification

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- An enthusiastic and committed individual with a can do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Sound computer literacy
- Previous experience in any/all of the belowDocument creation/Management

Health & Safety program coordination
Training program coordination
Asset management
ISO27001 (ISMS) program management
- Great problem solving skills
- An ability to learn and retain a wide variety of knowledge quickly
- An ability to work either in a team or independently
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to plan and deliver small to medium projects
