About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Installer to join our team at North Coast Blinds & Security in Kunda Park, Queensland. As an Installer, you will be responsible for the professional installation of high-quality Crimsafe security screens and doors, blinds, and awnings. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work within a dynamic and growing business.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and ensure a seamless installation experience
  • Carefully loading and transporting finished goods for installation at customer sites
  • Installing security screens and doors, blinds, and awnings according to specifications
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including the proper storage and care of tools and equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a professional and efficient installation process
  • Identify any potential issues or challenges during the installation process and work with the team to find solutions

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in installing security screens and doors, blinds, shutters and awnings
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and customer-focused
  • Current manual driver's licence
  • Police check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision and accuracy
  • Physically fit and able to lift and manoeuvre heavy materials and products
  • Willingness to learn
  • Australian citizenship is required for this position
